Video: Street Fighter X Tekken Clip
You might want to turn the volume on your speakers down just a little bit for this video before starting it up, because if there's one that that's pleasing fans at this year's San Diego Comic Con it's a duo of Namco/Capcom mashup with Street Fighter X Tekken and Tekken X Street Fighter announcements. Dawdle brought you information on both of these crossovers this past weekend, but we finally have some footage so that you can see Street Fighter X Tekken (you know, the one that is promised to play exactly like Street Fighter 4) so you can judge for yourself.
The clip above shows off a familiar cast of characters trading blows with each other is some of the strangest post-apocalyptic settings I've ever seen. You'll see trademarked fireballs, Tekken's lightning bolt punches, and even a super move or two. While many are labeling this a "gameplay clip" because it's rendered with game assets (it looks like Ryu's model was just ripped out of SF4), but there are no HUD or meters visible to give us any hints on how this game will actually work. Hopefully more info will trickle out of the convention floor where this title is playable this weekend.

Woo hoo and all for Street Fighter X Tekken, but am I the only one wondering what happened to the announcements for Mega Man Universe?
