Video: Mega Man 10 Bass Gamplay
This week Wootini revealed that Bass will be available as a downloadable character in Mega Man 10. Now you can take a look at all of his awesomeness in this clip from Capcom Japan.
The auto fire, multidirectional spray of Bass' buster is truly revolutionary for a Mega Man game. The fact that he can ramp up his buster further with his purple pooch adds to the gameplay possibilities in a way that makes me wish he had been around during the earlier games like Mega Man 3.
You can be sure that I will be downloading Bass and his dog Treble as soon as I finish the game with the original blue bomber. But what about you? Is this add on content essential to your Mega Man 10 experience? The duo is available on the Wii for 200 Wii points.

While I am an avid fan of Bass and Treble (No idea why, just loved their character design since they were introduced way back when), I almost feel like making Bass THIS different makes the game a lot easier than it should be.
Mind you, more people might be willing to play if they have a character that WON'T make them want to hurl their controllers at their televisions, but it does seem to detract from the difficulty factor. I'll have to play it to decide for myself, I suppose!
