More Lips!

Well, Microsoft only just released Lips: Number One Hits, but I guess it did well, because they're already announcing the next game in the franchise, Lips: Party Classics, due out for the Xbox 360 in spring of 2010. The songs they've announced so far include "Love Shack" by The B-52's, "Tubthumping" by Chumbawumba, "I Will Survive" by Gloria Gaynor, "Rock And Roll All Nite" by KISS, "Wannabe" by Spice Girls, "I Think We're Alone Now" by Tiffany and "YMCA" by the Village People. Seriously? B-52's, Gloria Gaynor, Spice Girls and the Village People? This looks like the gayest Lips game yet, and that's a good thing! (I just hope this time you can buy a game-only pack and not be forced to buy yet another microphone you don't need!)
Microsoft has also released the Lips Jukebox onto the web which allows you to create a "music video" by pasting lips over the mouths in your own photos that will sing along to songs like "Barbie Girl" or "Karma Chameleon." These can then be posted to Facebook for full embarrassment.
They also talk about December DLC for Lips in the press release, but I couldn't find a list of the actual songs and release dates yet. They mention "Papa Was A Rollin' Stone," "Right Round," "Think," and "Blister In The Sun," but that's all I got for you because instead of offering up the release schedule for DLC, they'd rather remind you of the holiday songs they put out last year in case you want to add some of those to your hard drive for when you're decorating your home for the season. As soon as I get an actual schedule, though, I'll pass it on.
