Dante's Inferno Demo Debuting On PS3
PS3 owners will be treated to a taste of Hell a couple of weeks before their Xbox 360 counterparts, as a demo for EA's "adaptation" of Dante Alighieri's classic, Dante's Inferno, will debut on PSN December 10th. The demo will then hit Xbox Live on December 24th, just in time for holiday cheer. I guess that's appropriate for those who consider Christmas carols a form of eternal torture.
The demo has the entire first level of the game, as Dante begins his journey to the gates of Hell to rescue his beloved Beatrice. After the somewhat mixed reception the game has gotten, the demo may be make it or break it time in terms of getting gamers on its side. The full game will be out February 9th in North America, so you'll have at about 2 months after playing the demo to ponder.
