Celebrate The Launch Of Super Mario Bros. Wii In NYC
On Saturday, Nov. 14 from 3-7 p.m., the Nintendo World Store will be hosting another of their big launch parties. This time the recipient of the honor is the New Super Mario Bros. Wii game which launches on Sunday the 15th. The store, which sits on NYC's Rockefeller Plaza, will be transforming that famous landmark into another famous landmark, The Mushroom Kingdom! There will be gaming stations, costumed characters, trivia challenges, prize giveaways and a gameplay tournament. There will also be a special Super Mario Bros. Museum that will include SMB treasures culled from Nintendo's own archives that follows Mario's 25 year history. Additionally, attendees will have the opportunity to purchase the game a day before it launches.
If I know him like I think I do, our very own Wootini will likely be at the event so if you see him be sure to say hello! If you do attend, be sure to take some photos and send them to us here at the site so we can post them in a gallery for the event.

I wanna go so bad!!! If only I lived in NYC... I'd have more fun than Toad does when the princess is away from the castle (voluntarily or not)! I mean really, Rockefeller Plaza = Mushroom Kingdom for a day? Please and thank you!
