Wootini's Weekly Animal Crossing Diary
Dear Diary,
As Halloween approaches, things started to get scary. But hopefully I was able to head things off at the pass. I also decided to change into something more seasonally appropriate and kept buying all the candy I can from Nook in preparation for the big day at the end of the month! Of course, that'll have to wait until next week's entry because it's tomorrow... This week is after the jump!
Both Olivia and Rod separately made noise about leaving town. I told them both no, but Rod made it sound like his mind had already been made up and nothing I said would change his mind, so I had to quickly grab some stationary and mail them both presents to keep them in Narnia. That was at the beginning of the week, and here it is at the end, and they're both still around, so knock wood, they've decided to stay. I would miss Rod terribly. I think I have a crush on him...
While having some visitors over, Adrian told me that he'd noticed that if you stand in front of the freshwater aquarium tank with the piranha in it, the little bugger will totally stop swimming around and run up to the glass to bite at you! And you know what? It really does! Vicious little bastard, isn't he?
Since Halloween was approaching, I decided it would be nice to dress in something more appropriate for the holiday. I already had the head bandage in my dresser, so I just had to order the mummy shirt from Nook and wait a day before I could walk around in my mummy costume. Boo!
Halloween isn't the only holiday coming up it's election day soon. So Nintendo commemorated the date by sending a letter with a special present attached. It's an awesome campaign poster for Tortimer! The letter read: "It's that time of the year again when we rally around our favorite candidate and try to wrangle up more votes. In this town, the choice is clear!" Well, yeah, the choice is clear, because Tortimer is like, mayor for life! I've never seen anyone running against him. I didn't even realize that elections were held ever! Maybe next time he's up on the block I should run against him. I mean, unless it's a holiday and he's making a special appearance to hand out gifts, I only ever see that guy napping in the back of Town Hall. I can do that!
Danny also sent me a dalmatian model, which was the recent European DLC. I mean, the election poster was cute, but come on how can you compete with Nintendogs models? They're just awesome! Everyone else gets the good DLC. Not fair! I'd thought there were only three in the set, but I think it's four. Unless they suddenly release a fifth! (I'd like a pug, please!)
You'll notice in the earlier photos that my shoes were blue, which worked pretty well with my mummy costume, but I thought maybe I could get grey or black if I had them shined. But look at what that idiot did to me! I know it's hard to see in this picture, but they're purple with white polka dots! Seriously? And in case that wasn't bad enough, my socks are green. Green! It's a good thing my head is bandaged, because I'm too embarrassed to show my face!

LOL! That must've been a fun weekend at your town. I love the Animal Crossing (AC) series. I haven't played 'AC City Folk' for a while because of school. But its Halloween and I need to get Totakeke music, too.
