Video: Left For Dead 2 Zombie Survival Guide Trailer
This is one seriously bitchin' trailer for the upcoming sequel Left For Dead 2. It's kind of a shame the way the cute southern boy with the baseball cap keeps getting his ass handed to him, but the gang of four are in fine form taking out zombies left and right.
And as much as this video makes me want to play the game, I almost wish this trailer was for a movie! Seriously — it doesn't even have to be live action. Just do the CG this well, and expand it into an hour and a half. Who's with me? It'd have to be better than the Resident Evil sequels, by default!

OMFG, this is BEYOND pure WIN. \o/
Aw christ. I was enthusiastic about this game from day one...this trailer has jumped that zombicidal enthisiasm into the stratosphere! And about Ellis...you're not the only one that finds his design rather distractable. If facing the end of the world, be lucky to have someone pretty to look at while fending off the hordes...So glad I preordered this.
I would watch that movie.
Also: I find it funny that you can kill zombies easier with fire in the series when anyone who's read the Zombie Survival Guide by Max Brooks knows that fire is the worst thing to do to a zombie. It doesn't kill it quickly enough, and it just makes your assailant burn you as he eats you.

Yea this would make a great movie if done correctly and cast with the right actors...love the game taking place in various locations in the south and the unity shown of the survivors that look true to form of people not normally featured as main characters in a respectful way in games or movies for that matter! Love it
