LEGO Rock Band Track List Revealed

Lego_RockBand.jpg

Well, LEGO Rock Band, the family friendly version of Rock Band just spilled some important information on all things dealing with songs, downloads, and content. The game, due out this holiday season on the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, Wii and Nintendo DS, just announced the full list of songs that will be included with each version of the game. They also explained how previous Rock Band songs and the DLC will work with this game too.

Users that already have Rock Band 1 and/or 2 for the PS3 or Xbox 360 will be able to download all those game's stock songs into LEGO Rock Band by paying a one time fee of $10 (800 MS points). Nintendo DS owners and Wii owners seem to currently be out of luck when it comes to getting the backlist of songs. Moreso, only PS3 and Xbox 360 owners will be able to use the Rock Band Music Store to download more songs for the LEGO version of the game. The catch there is that to keep the game "family friendly" the online store will only allow users to download songs that are deemed "suitable for all ages".

Hit the jump to see the full list of songs for the Wii/PS3/360 and the other list for the DS. I have to admit there are a few Queen songs on the list that caught my fancy, plus who can say no to Kung Fu Fighting?

what I am curious is, can I buy this and buy a code and have all the tracks work with RB2? There's a hell of a lot of good music in there and while the lego people are cute, they will get old quickly.

Wait, wasn't the Rock Band export fee $5, and I thought that just converted the songs to DLC to use in future games.

Is there a different export system in place to use those songs with Lego Rock Band?

I want RB2 as primary and Lego to be exported.

Okay, I think the wording in this may be off, it's different from what Kotaku writes:

"Songs included on LEGO Rock Band can be transfered to your hard drive to play on other Rock Band games for $10 for all but the Wii version."

That says Lego songs can get out of this game and into 1 and 2. Gaygamer article says the opposite
