Shadow Complex Cheaters Punished

Xbox LIVE's Major Nelson has posted a message to the Shadow Complex community warning that this week, the Xbox LIVE enforcement team will begin taking steps against players of Shadow Complex verified as cheaters. The player will be deleted from the Shadow Complex leaderboard, and the enforcement team will investigate individual players removed from the leaderboards to see if they should have their entire Gamerscore reset. Ouch! And last, but not least, those who are punished by having their Gamerscore reset will also be branded on Xbox LIVE as a cheater, which will be reflected in their gamer profile.
Awesome. Nobody likes a cheater, and I love the idea that there's an Xbox LIVE "Enforcement Team." I picture a bunch of burly guys in Xbox T-shirts angrily smashing your console to bits. But I guess screwing up their Gamerscore and branding them as a dirty cheater is pretty good, too!
A Message To The Shadow Complex Community [Major Nelson]

Ouch. I mean, you get what you deserve right? But what is considered cheating and what is considered a simple exploit? I hear there's a "legit" way of playing through Shadow Complex in 30 minutes (picking up an "early foam" and missiles). I wouldn't have any achievements for Marvel vs. Capcom if I didn't stack the odds in my favor… but I don't know if what I'm doing is cheating, or just cheap?
i used to do the 99 men/1-up trick in super mario brothers. luckily i have yet to be caught. i might get a demerit or something.
l. ronn hubbard's son, or whoever the anti-gay guy's team of developer's need to realize if there are hacks in a game that you obviously didn't find, there are people using them, it isn't their fault you are too dumb when you rushed a game.
I wish Xbox Live would treat homophobic A-Holes with as much gusto.
