Rumorama: Wii Price Drop?

Well it looks like falling prices are in the air. We had the PS3 price drop last month and it seems that Nintendo may have caught the fever too. Since it's release almost 3 years ago, Nintendo has kept the Wii at the price of $250, with seemingly no reason to drop the price; however, it looks as though all things do come to an end, especially when the Wii has shown a 39% drop in sales from last year.
Well, after a Walmart ad was discovered last week and this Toys R Us ad was also found, it seems as though we may be seeing the Wii drop to a $199 price point near the beginning of October. Hopefully this won't spur another shortage in Wiis, but I'm sure it'll get more units off the shelf, especially with the holiday season right around the corner.
So my advice to any of you wanting to get in on the Wii bandwagon, you may want to wait a week or two if you want to save yourself $50, which should be just enough to get an extra game or at least make a dent in all the money you'll be spend on the extra controllers.

I don't know how many more wii's nintendo can sell. Everyone I know has a Wii.
And I thought Wii won't do anything and let Microsoft and Sony have a duel between which consoles are better. I guess I have to buy myself a Wii now before I install Aion Online.
