Dead Space Extraction Is Almost Ready To Scare The Pants Off Of You
EA announced today that Dead Space Extraction, the Wii prequel to last year's Dead Space, has gone gold. The game will hit stores nationwide on September 29, but if you're going to PAX, you can be one of the first to experience the horror by stopping by EA's booth. If not, then you'll have to wait until the end of the month. On the plus side, if you're really impatient and want to pre-order yourself a copy, doing so at participating retailers will net you a special code that unlocks four of the game's ten unique challenge modes. These levels can be played solo or co-op with a friend against the Necromorph horde, competing for high scores and stylish kills. If you don't feel like pre-ordering, the levels will unlock naturally through gameplay. But like I said, it's good if you're impatient!
