Assassin's Creed 2: Limited Edition Pre-Order Goodies
Ubisoft has revealed a bounty of pre-order goodies for Assassin's Creed II Limited Edition: Master Assassin's Edition. The set will include an 8.5 inch Ezio collectable statue, two exclusive in-game maps (one of which is a LE exclusive), Art of Assassin's Creed II hard-covered art book. An extra disc will contain a behind the scenes doc, soundtrack "and more." And of course the whole thing will come packaged up in the requisite Premium Collectable Tin.
While I was not a fan of the original Assassin's Creed, I am very much looking forward to playing this new incarnation. what I saw at E3 was gorgeous and looked like a lot more fun. I am also extremely interested to check out the Limited edition and see exactly what "and more" is.
The whole thing with all the bells and whistles is going to set you back a cool $79.99 and can be pre-ordered at your Gametop.

I could probably look this up, but could one pre-order it for all the goodies elsewhere? Like, say, at your local independent games store? Or is this a GS exclusive?
Also, what does LE stand for in "LE exclusive"?

It would appear to be a GS exclusive...but my bigger question would be..what local independent games store do you still have??? All mine were closed down years ago by the mighty GS. It sucks but its life. LE stands for Limited Edition.
i prefer to shop at gamebottom.
They still exist in NYC. Few and far between, but they exist! So I try not to go to GS.
