Starting Monday, You Too Can Be A Darklord

Square Enix's latest WiiWare title, Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: My Life As A Darklord, hit European consoles just yesterday, but North American gamers won't have to wait long to catch up, as the game will available Monday, July 20th with the rest of Nintendo's digital offerings.
The real time strategy game is a sequel to last year's Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: My Life as a King, and isn't quite the last one, just darker this time around. Instead, FFCCMLAADL is a tower defense game, where you have to defend your home from would-be heroes looking to make a name for themselves. The core game is a bit cheaper this time at 1000 Wii points, although just like before you can pump wads of cash into it via DLC if you want to buy all the extras the game offers. Some of the DLC offerings seem pretty substantial, and include things like extra weapons, spells, monsters, and of course outfits for the protagonist Mira. A Darklord has to look good, after all.

The DLCs for the previous game really racked up for me, and the race pack REALLY should have been included in the first place.
