Weekly XBLA Update - 7/22/2009

I decided to format this one a little different. Why? Because the Rock Band content was just begging, BEGGING for bulleted lists. I've been doing a lot of design work recently, I think it's negatively affecting me.
It also looks like Twisted Pixel kept their promise about the whole Splosion Man not being an April Fools joke thing. Unless they are just taking it way too far. I wouldn't put it past those cats.
