While all the games look great, my vote goes to Machinarium (shown in video above) for pure artistic weirdness. Something about it just speaks to me. Good luck to all of them and let's cross our fingers we see a breakout hit along the lnes of the fantastic World of Goo.

My bet is on Machinarium. I pre-ordered my copy last week.
I'll definitely check out some of these others, though; thanks for the links! (:
CarneyVale Showtime and Trino are both wonderful games that I highly recommend. Trino especially is highly addicting. I feel like CarneyVale might be cheating a little since it was released last year, but I guess if they're doing "years" as from one PAX to another then it qualifies.
Mechinarium looks amazing, and after playing other Amanita Design games I Pre-ordered it immediately. I suggest others do the same.

Machinarium looks cool, but Puzzle Bloom is really impressive. You can actually play it at their website right now from Fruit Brute's link! Just install the Unity Player and you're good to go.
It is in a similar style of artsy-puzzle-solving, but it strikes me as having a hell of a lot of personality.
