The Daring Book For Girls Gets The Video Game Treatment

The Dangerous Book for Boys was one of my favorite books when it came out. Part Boy Scout Manual, part tongue in cheek survival guide it spawned a sequel, The Daring Book for Girls and even a spoof, The Dangerous Book for Dogs. Now, The Daring Book for Girls is getting the video game treatment with The Daring Game for Girls.
With Cooking Mama and Gardening Mama being such hits for Majesco, it makes sense that they would continue their track record with more games aimed at the female market. The Daring Game for Girls will have players participating in activities straight form the book such as spy missions, cave exploration, freeze tag, double dutch, basketball, arts and crafts, managing a corner stand and making friends. Gameplay will be dotted with quizzes about famous women in history and earning badges.
Sounds very empowering! I think I need to get to work right away writing The Dashing Book for Gays. If we're lucky it might be turned into the first fully gay video game! Imagine, quizzes about Harvey Milk and The Stonewall Riots. And it could have a special bonus round where you get punch annoying, hateful gay gossip mongers in the face. It would be a million seller!
