Spinal Tap Turns Rock Band Up To 11

Tuesday, June 16, will bring a three-pack of Evanescence to the Rock Band Music Store on both the Xbox LIVE Marketplace and PlayStation Network with "Bring Me to LIfe," "Call Me When You're Sober," and "Weight of the World." But the big news is on Tap. Spinal Tap, that is! That's right, four count 'em four tracks from the legendary rock band will be making their way to the music game. It's unfair that the Beatles get their own bloody game while the genius of Tap is relegated to just a few downloadable songs, but it's better than nothing!
"Tap has always gone where the audience is," said Spinal Tap's genius bassist Derek Smalls. "We hope this time the audience reciprocates. Whatever that means."
"England's Loudest Heavy Metal Band" will be releasing three new tracks off of their new album, Back from the Dead: "Back From the Dead," "Rock 'n' Roll Nightmare" and "Warmer Than Hell." The fourth track is the awesome "Saucy Jack," which was previously only available online. Now, classic Tap fans like myself could complain about the lack of legendary hits like "Sex Farm Woman" or "Hell Hole." But what are you gonna do? Let's get ready to rock, people! Now, which way was it to the stage again...?
