My Little Nintendo Garden

At the Nintendo E3 press conference this year, Wootini and I both received the usual info cards at the end. These are the little cards that let you know the company's ftp information so you can download their screenshots, fact sheets, etc. As I checked mine out I noticed something a little different. It seems that Nintendo decided to go green with this year's cards. The little bumps in the card that I took to be paper texture were actually seeds! The paper used for the info cards was plantable paper.
I thought this was a great move from Nintendo, especially after having just thrown away a bunch of info cards from other companies into the recycle bin. And seeing as I am doing quite well in the gardening department these days, I'm going to plant it and see what comes up. I'll be sure to post pictures once the Fire Flowers and Piranha Plants start blooming.

That is totally awesome. Can't wait to see what grows
Fire flowers, or mushrooms? Only time will tell!
Wow, that is amazing. I hadn't even heard of that.
I got one in a cereal box a couple weeks ago it was the size of a coaster and said it was wild flowers, I've yet to see anything come up yet though. Great idea none the less.
Oh look, you're a happy gardening Mama! Mama will fix it!
Oh I would just love a Nintendo plant, I envy you :)
