Fantastic Flash: ClickPLAY! A Game Where You Have To Click Play

clickplaychoochoo.jpg

Ninjadoodle's got an fun, albeit fairly short new game for you to check enthusiastically titled ClickPLAY! Each stage asks you to complete some task in order to reveal a Play symbol, which you have to click to move on. Each microgame is fairly unique - some test your observational skills, others just require you to move the cursor fast and with precision. Seriously, I think the stage with the stars gave me carpel tunnel. The art varies from functional to adorable depending on the game, and the grayscale palette gives it a touch of class.

There are a dozen or so stages, so the game won't last forever, assuming your mousing wrist doesn't give out. You can play again to try and get your score down - the game tallies each click you make during the game, so efficiency counts. My best was just over 170, after playing through with over 1,000 clicks the first time. If you're having trouble with a stage, I recommend zooming in if you can: I'm sure youngsters with their twitter trained reflexes have no problems at the original size, but some of us need a large print option.

Very nice aesthetic, very cool ideas. Extra points for the Simon & Garfunkel reference :D (yeah I know it's a folk song)
