Left 4 Dead Fans Take Note - The Grinder Bringing Online Co-op FPS To The Wii

I don't know what's in the water over at High Voltage but it almost seems like they're putting more effort into Wii development than any other developer. Nintendo included. In addition to next month's The Conduit and yesterday's announcement of the intriguing fighter Gladiator A.D, High Voltage has announced today yet another game: The Grinder.
The Grinder is a first-person shooter focusing on four characters as they blast their way through hordes of vampires, zombies, werewolves, and a slew of other creatures that go bump in the night. The real star of the game is the online co-op mode which will require four players to use the unique abilities of each character to work together and survive. Think of it as the Wii's answer to Left 4 Dead. Of special note for the character's unique abilities is that one of them is an assassin with a sword, and the game will feature MotionPlus support accordingly. Other MotionPlus support hasn't been mentioned at this time, but there's sure to be more.
Left 4 Dead junkies should definitely take note of The Grinder, and expect more news to come out of E3 where a playable demo will be available.

O great, I thought bickering about having to play as Louis or not being able to pick Zoey was bad.
This game looks like it could be pretty good. Certainly something I'll be keeping an eye on.
