Fragile: US Bound!

fragile.jpg

XSEED is rapidly becoming one of my favorite US publishers around. Not only did they bring Game Center CX to the US (under the name of Retro Game Challenge), they have a huge list of titles on their upcoming release list that makes me, well, the adjectives coming to mind are not family friendly. What has recently been added to this list but the acclaimed Wii RPG, Fragile: Farewell Runes of the Moon!

Great news, indeed. In a recent IGN interview, localization manager Kenji Hosoi had this to say:

We've already asked the development team to add a voice option where the player can choose from English or Japanese audio, and the initial feedback has been promising. Nothing is certain yet, but I'm sure they will do everything possible to?add that option in so keep your fingers crossed.

The game is slated for a Winter 2009 release, which is rapidly approaching. Not rapidly enough, in my opinion.
