More Cheering!

Hot on the heels of Namco's announcement regarding the sequel to my favorite guilty pleasure game, We Cheer, THQ has revealed their development of All Star Cheer Squad 2 for Nintendo's console. Once again, Tony G, choreographer from the Bring it On movies, will be chief consultant.
All Star Cheer Squad 2 will feature 14 exotic locations from around the world for your global cheer competitions, and instead of starting out as a newbie, you'll be the captain of the Tiger Squad. You'll perform all-new moves featuring tumbling, formation changes and the like which will be done on the Wii Balance Board accessory. The usual character customization options will be available, with plenty of hair, makeup and outfits to choose from, and more original cheer music. Also included is an upgraded routine editor featuring a music mixer, a choreography editor and the ability to challenge your friends via WiiConnect24. No release date or track listing yet, but stay tuned!
