Let Them Eat Cake: Get In On The Fat Princess Beta
Over on the Playstation Blog, they are running a little contest to see who will be the lucky recipients of 250 beta codes for this summer's tower defense game, Fat Princess. If you want to be in on the beta though, you're gonna have to work for it! Here are the rules outlined on the Playstation Blog.
The first 250 people to upload a picture of themselves eating cake (cheesecake, cupcakes and fruitcakes are all acceptable) to our Facebook fan page will get in. Please make sure that the picture is of YOU, and that you include a piece of PlayStation paraphernalia in the pic (a DualShock controller, T-shirt, PS3, PSP, etc). Just upload your pic(s) to the gallery and tag them with "Fat Princess″ - you'll need to 'Fan' the page first - to let us know you want in! Then, once the beta gets underway, we'll contact you via Facebook with information on how to join in on the fun.
My advice to you is to get out to your local baking concern immediately and procure the required baked treats. Fat Princess is really a lot of fun (despite what some detractors might imply) and the chance to get in on a beta and be the envy of your PSN friends is always fun. Trust me, there's nothing quite as delightful as sifting through the loads of PSN emails that say "OMG, your playing the ________ beta!? You're so lucky. I hate you." Best hate mail ever.
