Japan Envy: Miles Edgeworth Limited Edition Includes Frilly Teacups

I am so jealous of Japan, they get all of the good stuff. It looks like Japanese gamers are going to get a special treat if they pre-order the limited edition of Gyakuten Kenji, which shifts the focus of the popular Ace Attorney series to prosecutor, and fancy Victorian gentleman, Miles Edgeworth. The limited edition bundle includes an orchestral soundtrack, a video collection DVD, a DS cartridge wallet, character portrait cards, a concept art book, and FRILLY PINK TEACUPS WITH A MILES EDGEWORTH PORTRAIT INSIDE! Sorry, I got a little excited there. But how amazing is that?
The teacup offer is only good through Capcoms e-Capcom store where pre-ordering the limited edition for a mere 9,490 Yen. Though I can't decipher the Japanese on the product page, it looks like the teacups might also be offered on their own for the price of 1,890 Yen. I tried to order them, but was bombarded by Japanese text and was forced to hang my head in defeat. Play-Asia has an import listing for the Gyakuten Kenji e-Capcom limited edition, but it makes no mention of the teacups and costs $149.90. I guess all I can do is hope that Capcom carries over the limited edition bundle for the eventual stateside release, or else I'll have to scream "Objection!"
Update: So apparently I misinterpreted Capcom's blog on the pre-order items, and the teacups do not come with the game and are only available separately. On Capcom's blog I read the line "Also, for those of you able to find a way to pre-order on the Japan e-Capcom store, there's an even cooler pre-order item," and interpreted it as the teacups being an item you get when you pre-order the game. I blame my time working at GameStop for conditioning me to think that way instead of reading it as an additional item that can be pre-ordered. Sorry about the misunderstanding. On the bright side, to get the awesome teacups you don't need to shell out the full price of the costly limited edition package.

Actually, I read the page myself and the teacups aren't included in the limited edition package. All you get is what's shown in the picture. They are, however, offered separately for, like you said, 1,890 yen.
I would be much more bummed about not being able to get this limited edition if one of the character portrait cards was Detective Gumshoe... but oooh, I want that cd/dvd with his picture on it!
