Fan Art Friday: Mario + Star Wars = Awesome!
Fruit Brute tattoo artist and painter extraordinaire Misha has done it again and this time in grand style. You may remember Misha from her video game/Last Supper piece. You know, the one that hangs in Christina Aguilera's baby nursery? This time she has blended two nerd time favorites, Mario and Star Wars into a a set of three amazing paintings. Two of them are mock Star Wars posters for Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi while the third depicts Princess Peach in the Princess Leia slave girl outfit with Jabba. My absolute favorite touch is in the poster re-creations: Wario and Waluigi as R2-D2 and C3PO. Brilliant! Congratulations Misha, you have turned out yet another set of masterpieces!
