Dokapon Journey Launches, But Where Can You Find It?
The DS "sequel" to one of my favorite Atlus games for the Wii, Dokapon Kingdom launched this week. Dokapon Journey takes the friendship destroying magic of DK to the DS for a chance to ruin your relationships with ad-hoc head to head play on either one game card or multiples.
Dokapon Journey is a board game/RPG type game that has you saving the kingdom of Dokapon from monsters, all the while earning money and sticking it to your opponents along the way. I've played Dokapon Kingdom several times with friends and let me assure you, we are no longer friends. Or at least not as good as we used to be.
While I am excited about the launch of the game and plan on getting it immediately, I have had one problem. I can't seem to find it anywhere! As often is the case with Atlus releases, the game is very hard to find and even retailers like Best Buy and Gamestop only get one or two copies and when they are gone, they are gone. My advice to you: If you see it, snap it up as it likely won't be there when you get back. And if anyone out there wants to destroy their relationship with me, please let me know. I'll be glad to steal your all your money. In game of course...

Amazon.com is the best place to find Atlus games. If you pre-order they usually give some sort of discount of bonus gift as well.
The BF and I just got Dokapon Kingdom. What a cruel game.
