GayGamer Week In Review - Week Of 3/09/2009

resevilkiss.jpg

  • Capcom released Resident Evil 5, the newest chapter in one of their most famous franchises.

  • Pictures from the set of Prince of Persia gave us a peek of Jake Gyllenhaal's perfectly manscaped pecs.

  • Sony and other game makers weren't too pleased by the implication that videogames will kill little kids.

  • British celebrity Jonathon Ross let slip that Lionhead is working on Fable III. Not a huge surprise, but really, so soon?

  • If that's not enough for you, we also learned that last year's Fable II will be getting an extra shot of DLC in the near future.

  • Game Boy jogged some memories with a look back at Bombastic for the PS2.

  • I'd say it prints money, but with the world's economy the way it is, that doesn't seem quite effusive enough.

  • Mikie announced an official Chicago GayGamer meet up for March 27th. Read the post for more details.

  • Resident Evil 5 will get a couple of multiplayer modes as (paid) DLC in the next few weeks.

  • Not wanting to leave the little white box out, Capcom announced 3 new Resident Evil titles for the Nintendo Wii: The Darkside Chronicles and a pair of remakes.

  • Conservative Christians don't like it when two boy pegs or two girl pegs want to have baby pegs.

  • Wootini makes a bad investment and gets some help from a friend considering genocide in this week's Animal Crossing Diary.
