PC Braid's Price Dropped... Soon It Will Be Released

The internets was in a tizzy about the price braid for the PC. It was announced recently that Stardock would be selling Braid for the low low price of $19.99. A pretty reasonable price, considering the average cost of downloadable games for the PC. This simply was not cheap enough for most gamers, considering the game was originally released for the equivalent price of $14.99 on the Xbox 360.
Well, the developer agrees with you and has reduced the price to $14.95. That's right, he listens to you:
The XBLA version was nicely profitable, and my goal with the PC release is mainly to get the game out to a wider audience. Sure, it would be nice to earn the optimal amount of money from that release -- I have interesting ideas for games that I want to make in the future, and making games is very expensive, and I will probably have to hire people to help! But ultimately, I would rather have people talking about the game itself, what they like and dislike about it, than about how many American Fiat Currency Dollars it costs.
I wholeheartedly agree that this game needs to see a wider audience, especially considering the games "love it, or hate it" attitude. Lots of people simply didn't understand it. Maybe this will encourage people to, you know, buy it and not steal it.
