Weekly XBLA Update - 01/21/09
A long long time ago, I can still remember, how there was a boy and his blob. Well that jelly bean eating amorphous creature has nothing on The Maw, a new XBLA game hitting the service today. The Maw teams up with Frank, an adorable eyed alien trapped on a strange planet, and it has one thing on its mind, eating everything in sight! The game has seen some very positive reviews so it might be the first 360 game of 2009 everyone should look into picking up. Brainy gamers will look at FunTown Mahjong as a way to flex their head muscles, while someone like me will continue to have no clue how to play Mahjong. With the usual Rock Band DLC including some Godsmack, Rob Zombie, and a Steve Miller Band pack, we're looking at a week of quality over quantity. Now if you'll excuse me, all this eating talk has made my own inner maw yearn for Cheetos.
