Video: PS3 2.60 Firmware Arrives
As Tiny informed us yesterday, there is a new firmware update for the PS3. I don't know about you but I am always confused about all the minutia that goes into them. Thankfully the Playstation Blog has posted another of their videos explaining all the ins and outs of the new update. So hit play and be edumacated!

After trying the new photo gallery app, it took me a while to get out of the damn thing!!!
On everything else, you hold down the PS button and select quit game/application etc.... not on this.
Had to press triangle to open a menu then scroll along the list trying to find the exit button.
Not exactly hard... but when it deviates from a system that everyone is used to, and finds useful... its quite irritating.
If I remember correctly, I think I exited the program last night when I pressed circle, which is just like the Playstation Store.
I tried that first and it didn't seem to work. I dunno.... maybe my controller had turned itself off (i have it on 10minute power save mode thingy) and the act of me panicing and pressing the PS button will have turned it on again xD
