McStupid: Grey's Anatomy, The Videogame

With Lost: Via Dormus firmly ensconced in the halls of terrible gaming ideas and a probably wisely-canceled Heroes game on the floor, Ubisoft's upcoming game adaptation of Grey's Anatomy is hardly a head-scratcher. After all, last year Ubisoft put out games based on television gems such as Hell's Kitchen, The Dog Whisperer and CSI: NY.
Even with such nominally game-worthy shows as The Price Is Right and Who Wants to Be a Millionare, Ubisoft's willingness to take on branded projects and turn them into embarrassing crap is remarkable. The gamer in me wants to condemn them for turning easy money into horrible games, but the evil bastard in me thinks it's just good business.
More to the point: will Grey's Anatomy feature the same endless, navel-gazing, self-indulgent whining as the show, or will some crafty designer implement a "stick Meredith in the neck with a scalpel" mechanic that finally shuts her wrinkly pie hole?
Actually, now that I think about it, a GTA-style Grey's Anatomy murderfest would be a fantastic game!
Gluttons for punishment and Grey's fans, look out for Grey's Anatomy to hit the PC, Wii and DS on March 10.

Hopefully you can play as Izzy and have sex with your dead Ex-Boyfriend. wonder if they will have a mini game where your gay charecter has to try to avoid being banished to the parking garage. LOL
Grey's Anatomy wants to be House, M.D. when it grows up.
Wonder if there is a sub-game to de-gay Dr. Torres. I still watch the show in hopes she will hook up with the new intern Sandie. Least there is Dr. Bailey with all her great lines.
My ex loved this show. I got him the dvd set for Christmas, which I regret, as he forced me to sit through it with him. Ugh.
Hey... I love Grey's Anatomy...
I was just watching it a few mins ago. I like it.
*embarrassed*
I had to call my wife into the room to see this. But this could actually be cool! Suppose they did it like Sakura Taisen meets Trauma Center.
Between operations, you have to interact with your fellow hospital members. Say and do the right things, and during the surgery they'll give you Power Ups and Assists. Surgery would be like Trauma Center, only without the "moving tumors" you have to defeat. Just weird operations like from the show.
Dang - too bad, because there's actually some potential in that one, whereas the real game makes my Suck-O-Meter ring.
Like most television-themed shows... like will probably McSeriously McSuck... seriously.
