LocoRoco 2: Cheap (Like Your Mom)!

3195892082_31f79e86b2.jpg

If there is one thing I love more than videogames, it is cheap video games. There might be a couple more things in there, but we're going to keep those to ourselves. It's the post holiday season, the economy is officially in a recession and I've been rubbing my grubby hands waiting for prices to drop. That's what happens right? RIGHT?

Sony seems to think so. They've officially announced that LocoRoco 2 will be priced for the cost of "two movie tickets" at $19.99. Which leaves me with two questions: Why is it so cheap, and where do they buy their movie tickets? Seriously, last time I went they were $14 a pop before refreshments. Having seen someone else play the upcoming title (with drool running precariously down my chin), my only conclusion is that Sony really wants to make sure people buy the game this time. You wouldn't want to hurt their feelings would you? Would you?
