Warner Bros. Launching AIDS Prevention Game

Warner Bros., with its Partnership For an HIV-free Generation and America's Army developer Virtual Heroes, will be launching a free online game in Kenya that's designed to help prevent the spread of HIV/AIDS by educating players about HIV risks and prevention strategies.
Pamoja Mtaani, or "Together in the Hood" is a five-player game featuring music from local musicians and will be found at Nairobi youth centers.
[Pamoja Mtaani] follows five strangers who are brought together through unforeseen circumstances, losing what is most precious to each of them. Working their way through various East African neighborhoods, players must recover the stolen items and help an injured woman on their quest. Along the way, they will experience barriers and facilitators to behavior change through a variety of missions and mini-games.
Way to go WB! Not only is Warner Bros. using the power of the videogame for good, but they're using it in a way - and in a place - that's not been done before. There's something to be said for high-tech solutions in lower-tech places, and especially in Africa where it's critical to target young people.

I'll wait to see the content before I get excited. I haven't been too impressed by anything I've heard about Kenya as far as their understanding of human sexuality.
Makes me remember that little free game "catch the sperm" released in Switzerland some years ago:
