The Official Resident Evil 5 Box Art
Capcom has mailed out a little press release containing the official box art for Resident Evil 5. The game is slated to hit shelves Friday, March 13 2009. From everything I've seen of it it's shaping up rather nicely and so, if I might say, is Chris Redfield. Is it just me or do his biceps get bigger every time we see him? Sort of like Chun Li's thighs or Ivy's breasts. Let's just hope he doesn't graduate to Popeye sized forearms...

Arms can serve as wonderful eye-candy - when they're realistic. Seriously, Chris's biceps and triceps are more distorted than Barbie's legendary measurements.

Be reasonable, now. Those arms, while fairly large, are not disproportionate at all. You want disproportionate, watch some bodybuilding competitions.
Chris has indeed evolved into quite the hot piece of zombie-killing ass, if you'll pardon my French.

lol yeah I have to say Chris does look a bit like a roid freak lol :( I'm not a fan. I do love Sheva's design as well as her new accent. Chris though, why did Capcom feel the need to put Chris on Steroids lol. He so is the male version of a Barbie Doll now. Chun Li though I'm convinced isn't female anymore those thigh's are a bit to manly lol.
Aesthetically, this cover looks great. I love the contrast between dark and light. It's an eye-catching cover without being too complicated and jumbled.
Eh, I think Chris looks great. It's no news that he's been 'roided up, but I'm always up for equal-opportunity disproportioning (besides, if 95% of female characters out ther have double F's, then why can't Chris's arms be a little bit meaty?).
