Prepare To Wage War In Chinatown In March
You know how when Rockstar announced that they were doing a version of the legendary Grand Theft Auto series for the Nintendo DS and you thought "That's unpossible!" Like how are they going to fit a living, breathing world on a tiny little cartridge? Well, it's really happening, and Rockstar has just announced a release date for Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars. The portable title will be hitting stores on March 17 in the US and March 20 in Europe.
"Rockstar Leeds have once again created a game that far exceeds our standard for deep and innovative entertainment," said Sam Houser, Founder of Rockstar Games. "We are incredibly excited to share this enormous and uncompromising Grand Theft Auto experience with DS fans."
I've yet to see a screenshot, so I'm not exactly sure how they're pulling this off, and I remain cautiously optimistic. Just as a portable Animal Crossing became a total time-suck for me, the idea of carrying a GTA world around with me everywhere I go is going to be devastating for my productivity in the real world.

My most played GTA game was GTA II on the PC, so I don't mind the look at all.
