First Look At Mirror's Edge DLC

No, that's not a screenshot of Rez 2. That's a glimpse of one of the seven downloadable levels that DICE has put together for Mirror's Edge. Expected to go live sometime in January next year, these levels take faith outside of the city and into a purely abstract landscape. A video showing off some of the best pieces can be found here. As if the levels weren't interesting enough, listing to the Teddybears remix of "Still Alive" is a treat too.
It's no secret that I absolutely adore Mirror's Edge, but I also recognize the game's story mode had some flaws. After my first time through the story mode, I wished that DICE had taken a more Portal-like approach to their story and made it completely centered on movement, instead of interrupting moments of great gameplay with dull combat. Since I can't see any guards or guns in the video, maybe DICE has figured out why so many were drawn to the game's concept but left unfulfilled with the retail game.
Update: According to a press release seen on Kotaku, The DLC pack will cost Xbox freerunners 800 Microsoft points ($10), but will be made freely available to PS3 parkour practitioners.
