Let Mario Help You Shop For The Holidays
Oh dear. Nintendo has created a Website where gamers can fill out a brief survey and check off some Nintendo DS stuff they might want for the holidays. Pick a DS color, then select three of a handful of DS titles, and you're set. (Mind you, the selection is quite limited, and also somewhat old) Add the name of your friend, their relationship to you and a couple other silly bits of info, and then you can select to have Mario leave them a voicemail or a playable message in an E-mail. And yes, it's just as borderline offensive as you might imagine. There's a reason that Mario doesn't usually speak that much. "Christmus?" I mean, really? Still, it's good for a laugh, even if it doesn't seem terribly helpful.
Nintendo has also created a holiday Website with a little more in the way of DS game options. Just check off the ones you want to put on your list and then send off a special holiday E-card to your loved ones to let them know what you're hoping to find in your stocking this year. Naturally, the site's only up until the end of December.
That reminds me, I've gotta get working on my list!

I also find it hilarious that "Luigi" is a name he doesn't know. ;P
Heh, I guess I'm not jaded enough towards Marketing and Corporate Christmas stuff like this. I loved this :)
Although I'm sad to admit I basically sent myself a "Love Bunny" message to myself from a fake Boyfriend. First I was just trying to see if it would actually let you, and then when it did I sent it anyway....any Nintendo-loving single "Jack"'s here to validate my email? :)
