Join The Nationwide Protest of Prop. 8

Many people have been asking what they can do to help the anti Prop. 8 cause. The answer comes in the form of a nationwide protest tomorrow, Nov. 15. At 1:30pm EST/10:30am PST in cities across the country, supporters of the anti Prop. 8 cause are asked to show up at their local city hall. If you are interested in participating you can go to the Join The Impact website for a full listing of all cities where the simultaneous protests will be taking place. Prop. 8 may be a California initiative but widespread anger over the issue has galvanized the LGBT community and their supporters across the country. If you care about our constitutional rights, I urge you to attend a protest in your home city if you can.

I'll be at the LA City Hall! Thanks for the post!
I'll be at the NYC City Hall ... hope all my NYC bros. and sisters come out and join us to make a change.
This isn't just about Prop 8, either. We'll be protesting in downtown Orlando tomorrow for our very own (and more restrictive) Amendment 2. Don't forget about Arizona and all of the other 30 states that now have this kind of crap on the books!
Protesting at LA City Hall tomorrow as well.
Indianapolis City-County Building - 1:30PM EST. Go to JoinTheImpact for preparty/sign making details. Find your local protest - even if its 2 hours away, GO! We're going to turn heads tomorrow, we're going to show them we're not a "Hidden" minority, but a large and loud minority.
Get online, find out where you need to be, and get there (signs in tow of course)!!!
I'll be doing it in San Diego
Thank you for posting this
I'll be at the one in Santa Rosa!

I'll be at San Francisco city hall with my boyfriend! tomorrow is our 5 year anniversary and we want the right to marry damnit!
I'm going to be at Boston City Hall... see you all there, in person or in spirit.
I'll be at the SF city hall, alas sans boyfriend as he's working.
There is no protest in my city, I guess i'm off the hook.
I'm not from (Or in) the US, but I hope the protests went well! I havent seen any Swedish magazines writing about this.
Sweden is currently concidering making gay marriage legal and it makes me a little extra happy that the biggest issue is "when" and not "if".
