Get Yer Gears Lancer On Amazon
Normally I'm loathe to discuss anything CliffyB related, mostly because I think it's ridiculous to enjoy the kind of success that merits a nickname, only to turn around and ask not to be addressed by your self-made nickname. But at $140 a pop (or $210 with the Gears 2 bundle), this "life-size" Lancer is too cool to ignore.
Not that I'm suggesting we should all go out and buy fake chainsaw guns or anything, but I know more than one game enthusiast who would take great joy in wielding the Lancer at, say, a costume party - or integrating it into some macabre home decor.
Just don't point it at any pint-sized celebrity game designers.
Coming November 7th, as is Gears 2.
