Xbox 360 System Update Available, Not The New Dashboard
I'm sure many of you are going to get all hot and bothered when you turn on your 360s and see that there is a new system update available. But don't get too excited because according to Major Nelson, this update contains (and I quote) "No new features." This little update is evidently being put into place to prepare our consoles for the real Fall update that is yet to come.
So there you have it, straight from the horse's mouth: New update, no new features.

I think the bigger issue is whether or not you'll be able to pass on the new Dashboard, because I'll be honest, I really don't like the look of it.
I'm not crazy about the look of the new dashboard either. I am, however, incredibly excited about the 'load from HD' feature.
Yeah, the HD loading thing is nice...too bad you can't get one without the other...
