Wii Menu Update 3.3 Hits

It's been a while since I have awakened to that familiar blue glow from my Wii so when I saw it this morning I fired it up and discovered an update for the Wii menu. Now, before you get too excited, this update doesn't do a whole lot that is terribly significant (for the casual player).
The purpose of the update is two fold. For one it adds functionality to the Mii channel that will let you to move extraneous Miis to your Mii parade. This will allow you put your precious creations away for safe keeping so you can make room for any new ones you'd like to make.
The other function is that the Wii will now be able to detect and erase any "modified" save files that might exist on its hard drive or memory card. This may sound cryptic, but the most significant thing this effects is killing the Twilight Princess hack that was allowing homebrewers free reign over their consoles.
Nintendo giveth and Nintendo taketh away...

And Nintendo Blocks the Freeloader import enabler software. UK and Aussie gamers are now screaming.
