Lost Odyssey Downloadable Content Arrives to North America

Image of Kaim from Lost Odyssey with subtitle reading "Fresh"

Tomorrow finds the arrival of the first North American content pack for Lost Odyssey weighing in at a completely acceptable 200 MSP ($2.50).

Featuring content from the initial Japanese expansion pack, plus some new exclusives, gamers can expect the following enhancements:

  • "Killer Machine" Ring - Provides fantastic defenses against magic-type enemies and can be used from the very beginning of the game.
  • "The Shattered Bond" - Upon receiving all of the plot characters to your party, return to the demolished bridge outside of the Castle of Uhra for a brand new dream.
  • "The Memory Lamp" - Allows players to review any of the cut-scenes from the game from within the upgraded Nautilus.

It took Microsoft a while to release this chunk of downloadable content, and I have to wonder how much longer we'll have to wait for a proper downloadable dungeon expansion similar to Blue Dragon's Shuffle Dungeon? Oh well, for being only $2.50 I can't complain.
