Video: Persona 3 FES English Trailer
Those of you who didn't jump all over Atlus' bizzare PS2 title Persona 3 last year, may want to reconsider passing up Persona 3: FES. The new release will offer the original game and somewhat of a sequel. The original quest called "The Journey" has all of the content from Persona 3 with added quests and dialog, making it a "Director's Cut". Also, there will be another quest called "The Answer" which will feature a different protagonist and about 30 hours of extra gameplay. Expect this puppy to hit stores on April 22nd. I'll be waiting for this one.

Does this mean that the sealed copy of Persona 3 I never got around to playing will be worth something?
I still haven't finished the P3 game from last year yet. D'you think they'll release a separate FES disk for us? T_T
Keith, I believe it might already be worth something. Supposedly Atlus' games tend to accrue worth beyond their initial cost pretty quickly. That being said, it might be worth less now that this one is coming out.
Speaking of which, normally it'd take someone like Akihiko-San to get me all excited(light hair, slim build, puglist, tie), but there is just something about a chick that can shoot bullets from her fingertips. I'd pay for this game if it only included the ability to date Aegis.
Though I have to say, if while playing as Aegis I got the ability to date Mitsuru...
You can date Aegis in FES.
Give me a Japanese voices option in this version and I'll be all over it.
so this is basically persona 3 i dont need to buy it i cna just play this and never worry about persona 1-2 and the one from last year. and will still enjoy it?
Lifecycle: Pretty much, yes. Persona 3 is a separate story from 1/2 and FES is like the director's cut of Persona 3.
