Three More Xbox Originals Coming

Anybody else play some of those Xbox Originals that were made available on Xbox LIVE? I kept meaning to check out Psychonauts, but still haven't gotten around to it. Well, there's three more on their way next week, and it's gonna be the age-old conflict of pirates versus ninjas all over again. Who will come out on top? Ninja Gaiden Black, Sid Meier's Pirates! and Black will be available for download starting on Monday, February 11 for 1200 Microsoft Points each.
I've heard good things about Sid Meier's Pirates!, but the other two do nothing for me. I actually wonder how these games do for Microsoft. It's not like the Virtual Console where the games are old, or the LIVE Arcade where they're new. These are relatively recent games that you could probably pick up in bargain bins for $10 or less. (Which would be cheaper than 1200 points) Guess this is Microsoft's way of not worrying about backwards compatibility anymore...

Sony is working on getting Pirates vs Ninjas Dodgeball onto the PSN as well.
I got Psychonauts on the service and I love it. It's too hard to find in the bins these days anyway, plus not having to swap the disc is nice but it does take up a bit of space.
Of course, there's a much cheaper way to get your Psycho on. GameTap, anyone?
*goes back to trying to get every Figment in Milla's Race--yes, I'm a glutton for punishment*
Psychonauts is great BUT the difficulty level suddenly shoots through the roof in the later stages and I've never bothered to pick it up again. If I can't get through a level after about the tenth time these days I put the game down and rarely come back to it. Partly because there are too many good games out there to take out my time and partly because after a while I just find my level of skill at the game has simply deteriorated to a point where I can't get anywhere close to getting through a tough level. And I don't have the time to start all over again.
Shame 'cause there's some great stuff in Psychonauts, especially the 50s paranoid suburbia level which is earlier on.
Oh man, Psychonauts is totally worth all the pain some of the levels can cause you. The gaming gods ask it be played, nay, they demand.
Ninja Gaiden is classic - I played the re-release over on a friend's PS3, and I would definitely think about picking it up. Black was a latecomer to Xbox, and it was a great FPS - wildly destructible environments, a real feeling of satisfaction from shooting the holy bejeezus out of everything, long levels, and just the right difficulty tweaks. I only played the first few levels on rental, and I may pick it up as a download.
Pirates! sounds cool, too.
