Rumorama: Persona 3: FES Only a Week Away?
Everyone loves a mystery, and considering it's related to something Atlus is publishing, it's even extra sweet. This mysterious counter appeared a few days back and appears to be counting down to something on a Tuesday. Tuesday is of course the universal "US game release day", not exclusively but most frequently.
Let the speculation begin. Not only is the clock derived from the opening video of Persona 3, but it was speculated and mostly confirmed that Persona 3: FES would be making its way to the PS2 eventually. This could very well mean that we are getting FES as early as next Tuesday. Now I just have to scrounge up the cash to buy this title.

Dang - and I'm almost ready to finishing the original.
No! Eff the PS3! It should come out for PS2!
Persona 3 is coming out in the UK at the end of the month, and I can't wait. Hopefully FES'll make it over here as well, but I'm not holding my breath for it any time soon. Of course, the PS2 isn't going away any time soon, so there should still be a decent space for it on the shelves when it does arrive.

The link totally said PS3 before...and now that it says PS2 I feel so much better.
The question is will FES be just an expansion pack that requires a copy of Persona 3 (which would be hard to justify since you can no longer purchase new copies of the game at retail), or will it be a stand alone product that includes the original Persona 3 as well as the FES content.
I hope it's stand-alone. I can't drop another $50 on a game I already have for an expansion.
