Video: 1Up Interviews Nobuo Uematsu

A couple of days ago, 1Up ran an in-depth interview of former Square-Enix and current Mistwalker composer, Nobuo Uematsu. It's very lengthy but it makes for an excellent read. Uematsu is arguably the most famous name in video game music and, if you're a fan of him as I am, you may want to hop on over there and get a glimpse of "A Day in the Life of Nobuo Uematsu." He talks about some of the bands he listens to (The Beatles for one) to how he met Hironobu Sakaguchi. Oh, did you also know that he originally wanted to compose music for movies and not stay in video games for as long as he has? It's good stuff, go read it.

In the event you don't feel like reading, you can literally see a day in the famed composer's life through these videos. The first of three is centered nicely above this text. For the other two parts, make the jump.
