Rock Band DLC: Still No Hedwig Edition

And why not? Every week that goes by I start to lose a little more hope that my favorite eastern-bloc punk rocker will finally appear in the weeks Rock Band downloadable content. It would be so perfect! Maybe Harmonix is waiting for a special occasion? (this thin hope keeps me going)
Anyway, my preference for blonds aside, we've got three new songs this week that are almost as good.
- Last Train to Clarksville - The Monkees (Cover)
- All the Small Things - Blink 182 (Full Track)
- Action - Sweet (Cover)
These songs are available today on Xbox Live for 160 Gamer Points, or will be available Thursday for $1.99 in the Playstation Store for PS3 owners.
New DLC Week of 1/15/08 [Rockband.com]

Goddamn, that was a great movie. I never had the opportunity to see the original production live, but the documentary featured on the Hedwig & The Angry Inch DVD was pretty good.
There's also a great companion album in addition to the soundtrack. I don't remember the title, but it was basically "Music From and Inspired By Hedwig." There are some great tracks on there.
@TexCub
It was called "Wig In A Box", and truly, it had some amazing covers on it.
If you aren't a little teary after hearing Cyndi Lauper belt out "Midnight Radio"...
I am OBSESSED with Hedwig.
The desire to play Hedwig's songs in Rock Band burns!
Wow that hedwig pic was such a big cocktease.
I would run (okay skip gaily) to the nearest game store to pick up Rock Band if they released the Hedwig soundtrack.
"One day in the late mid-eighties, I was in my early late-twenties...."
If you haven't seen "Follow My Voice" yet, definitely check it out: http://imdb.com/title/tt0800034/
It documents the making of "Wig In A Box" and the school benefiting from the proceeds. I would love to get the raw footage of the various recording sessions.
I'd actually buy Rock Band if there were a Hedwig edition.
I'd buy Rock Band AND a PS3 to play it on if there were a Hedwig edition. Even if the PS3 still came with a free negative five hundred and ninety nine US dollars.
Maybe I'm the only one, but I really didn't like that movie, much as I tried to.
OMG! Hedwig&TAInch would be an awesome addition to Rock Band.. I mean, Rock Band does need to be gayed up a little; the characters are a little odd looking and when choosing an outfit you should be able to zoom out to see the whole character. Who cares how a belt looks if it clashes with the shoes?!?! Lastly, more fun musicals: songs from Wicked, Rent, Avenue Q... Imagine the possibilities :)
Hedwig? Not Interested. I'd rather play Rocky Horror.
Count me in also as someone who isn't a Hedwig fan and would rather rock out to Rocky Horror...
