Brini Maxwell Loves These Cooking Mama 2 Tupperwares!
Well, she would if she knew that they existed. The Japanese are being offered these adorable 1950s-inspired Tupperware containers (filled with actual plastic fruit) as a pre-order bonus for Cooking Mama 2. I can just see Brini cooing over these babies as she slices and then stores her famous three-layer Pullman loaf iced with shrimp salad, olive salad, and ham salad (I am not making that up)). And, in an ironic twist of fate, I'm jealous.
Ironic because I have a very well-publicized fear of small plastic fruit, resulting from several traumatic shopping trips with Fruit Brute both here in New York and at TGS in Tokyo. But all of those unnecessary plastic baubles must have gone to my head, because after one look at these rather larger pieces of plastic fruit and their fashionable plastic prison, I am totally sold. This is the kind of whimsical product tie-in that we'll never see stateside!
