UK Xbox LIVE Arcade Releases For This Week
Xbox LIVE Arcade lovers will be jumping through hoops to know they can finally play Sensible World of Soccer and Tempest from the 19th of December.
Sensible World of Soccer has clearly been on a slow boat to the UK for some time as there have been so many speculated release dates as fans of arguably one of the best soccer games of all time have patiently awaited it's final arrival. We reported on the confirmed release date previously and thankfully Codemasters have been true to their word. Released in perfect time for a few online battles over the holiday season, Sensi Soccer is sure to be one of the biggest downloads on XBLA in the UK so far.
Also being released that day is Tempest, an intense shooter game requiring skill and lightning quick reflexes. Anyone who remembers the fluorescent geometric battlefields of Tempest will fondly remember it as one of the classics of years gone by. In the XBLA version, you'll get the original game along with an enhanced version.
Sensible World of Soccer will be available for 800 MS points and Tempest will be available for 400 MS points from 9:00AM GMT on Wednesday 19th December.
