South Park Episode To Feature Guitar Hero

South Park has entertained many for several years now. In recent years/seasons, they have targeted video games with episodes surrounding the PSP, Wii, Dance Dance Revolution and the Xbox 360. Matt Stone and Trey Parker even won an Emmy for their episode, "Make Love Not Warcraft." As a former WoW-addicted Paladin, I found that episode to be entertaining on a few levels and I was thankful that I never allowed myself to get into the same state that the kids were in by the time they could defeat their enemy.
Their latest references to video games came bundled in the three-part epic called "Imaginationland." If you happened to watch any of these, you would have noticed video game characters (both good and bad) all over the place. It was awesome. Now, moving on, the creators of South Park are poised to strike again at video gaming culture (specifically Guitar Hero) this coming Wednesday with "Guitar Queer-o." From GameSpot:
"Guitar Queer-o" will see Stan and Kyle get into Activision's Guitar Hero game, which drives a wedge between the two when Kyle can't measure up to Stan's virtual virtuosity. The episode will premiere Wednesday night at 10 p.m. Pacific, no doubt followed by a Chapelle's Show-esque barrage of repeat airings until the following week's season finale.
With a name like that, you bet I'll have my eyes on it. I'm more curious to see where the "Queer-o" comes from than anything else, but it still should be a funny episode nonetheless. What's your take on it?
